In his own words

In his own words

“just an outlet for my strange sense of humor”

He described himself as a graphic designer, and that is how he drew: one frame per joke, clean black lines, flat colour, a donation address in the corner. In July 2011 he told the thread he was trying to get back to posting every day.

The work

Thirty-two strips in eight weeks.

From June 9 to July 31, 2011 he posted episodes 001 to 032, often one a day. The jokes came from what the forum was going through: GPU rigs overheating, Mt.Gox going down, the Silk Road headlines, lost wallets and QR-code thieves.

Episode 033 followed in September 2012, posted along with a new Facebook page for the comic. In April and May 2013 he drew three more in a reworked style for his own site at z1x.dk, the last of them about the Mt.Gox Dwolla seizure. After that the thread goes quiet.
